Where is my rebate?
Valid rebate requests that have submitted all materials properly and follow the terms and conditions of the promotion will receive their rebate within eight (8) to ten (10) weeks.
I was denied for my rebate. Now what?
There are several reasons you may have been denied, depending on the promotion you submitted for. To best understand the reason you were denied, and how you may be eligible to resubmit, please give us a call at 1-800-979-8447.
When does my Visa® Prepaid card expire?
Your Prepaid card has an expiration month and year on the front of the card. We recommend you use your card as soon as possible to avoid having your card expire.
My Visa® Prepaid card was declined. What should I do?
If a transaction is declined you should first verify the balance on the card by visiting calling 1-800-979-8447.
If you do not have enough funds remaining on the card to cover the entire purchase, you can use a secondary form of payment, like a credit or debit card, cash, or check to make up the difference. Be sure to let the cashier know you will be using the U.S. Cellular® Visa Prepaid Card and another form of payment before you start the transaction.
If your card was declined and there are sufficient funds to cover the purchase, contact us at 1-800-979-8447 to determine why the card was declined.
